• • As an Inbound Sales Development Representative at Instrumentl, you will play a key role in helping nonprofit organizations and universities access grant funding through our platform, directly supporting their mission-driven work and contributing to Instrumentl’s goal of becoming the #1 most-loved grant discovery and management tool.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with inbound leads from nonprofits and educational institutions via phone and email, qualifying their needs, demonstrating how Instrumentl solves their grant management challenges, and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process to book meetings for the sales team.
• • You’ll join a fully distributed, mission-driven team at Instrumentl, a YC-backed hyper-growth startup serving over 4,500 nonprofit clients — including organizations like the San Diego Zoo and the University of Alaska — where your work directly supports fundraising automation and impact growth in the social sector.
• • In this role, you’ll build foundational sales skills, gain deep exposure to the nonprofit and higher education sectors, learn consultative outreach techniques, and develop a career path in sales while contributing to meaningful social impact — all within a fast-growing, cash-flow-positive startup with strong product-market fit (NPS 65+, PMF survey 60+).
