- • Own the inbound SDR pipeline generation targets across mid-market, digital native, and downmarket segments, ensuring consistent monthly and quarterly attainment of SDR-sourced pipeline.
- • Drive conversion optimization across the inbound funnel—from lead to meeting, meeting to qualified opportunity, and opportunity to pipeline—by refining qualification standards, SLAs, and follow-up quality protocols.
- • Design and implement SDR prioritization and routing systems that align with segment-specific demand patterns and account characteristics to maximize efficiency and coverage.
- • Partner with GTM Growth and RevOps to build and deploy AI-enabled, agentic automation workflows that enhance speed, personalization, and scalability of inbound response and outbound outreach.
- • Lead performance management for SDR teams, managers, and third-party vendors, establishing clear KPIs, coaching frameworks, and tooling standards to ensure consistent execution.
- • Define and operationalize the cross-functional cadence with Marketing, Sales, Data Science, GTMi, and RevOps to align on lead handoff, feedback loops, and pipeline reporting.
- • Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap focused on messaging, segmentation, lead scoring, channel mix, and automation triggers to continuously improve conversion rates and response times.
- • Establish clear visibility into pipeline performance by segment, source, channel, and individual rep through dashboards and data-driven reporting.
- • Balance human judgment with automation, identifying where AI and tooling can augment SDR capacity without compromising qualification quality or customer experience.
- • Scale outbound coverage efficiently by leveraging automation and data insights to reduce manual effort while maintaining high pipeline volume and quality.
- • Ensure strong alignment between SDR activity and sales-accepted pipeline, translating marketing-generated demand into qualified opportunities that drive enterprise adoption.
- • Build a scalable operating model where AI augments the SDR team’s effectiveness, enabling higher throughput without sacrificing the depth of engagement required for enterprise sales cycles.
- • Collaborate with Data Science to integrate predictive modeling and behavioral signals into lead scoring and routing logic, enhancing the precision of pipeline generation.
- • Monitor and optimize response times for inbound leads to ensure rapid engagement and maximize conversion potential across all segments.
- • Maintain rigorous standards for outbound coverage, ensuring consistent touchpoints and follow-up discipline across all SDR channels and tools.
- • Translate strategic GTM objectives into executable operating rhythms, coaching plans, and performance metrics that drive accountability and results across the SDR organization.
