- • The Incentive Operations Lead, AWS will build and run the operating infrastructure that powers OpenAI’s AWS incentive programs, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient deployment of funding across internal teams and external partners.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and managing end-to-end workflows for funding requests, managing claims and reimbursement processes with AWS, building tracking infrastructure for spend and ROI, and partnering with Finance, Data, Systems, and GTM teams to automate reporting and optimize operational efficiency.
- • The role sits within OpenAI’s Partnerships organization, which collaborates with strategic cloud providers like AWS to accelerate product adoption and customer success, and requires close coordination across Finance, Procurement, Operations, and GTM teams to support scalable incentive program execution.
- • The person in this role will learn to design scalable operational systems from the ground up, gain deep expertise in cloud partner incentive ecosystems, and drive operational excellence by reducing manual processes, improving visibility into funding performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making for strategic business growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in operations, finance operations, partner programs, procurement, business operations, or related fields.
- • Experience working with AWS incentive programs, Strategic Collaboration Agreements (SCAs), MDF/co-sell funding, or cloud partner ecosystems.
- • Experience managing reimbursement processes, claims operations, or partner payment workflows.
- • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets, forecasting, or spend management.
- • Familiarity with procurement systems, financial controls, and operational compliance processes.
- • Experience building operational tooling, dashboards, or reporting systems.
