- • The Incentive Programs Specialist, AWS role at OpenAI is critical to maximizing the strategic value of AWS funding initiatives, including Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) funds and broader partner incentives, to accelerate AI adoption and drive measurable business outcomes across global markets.
- • Day to day, the specialist will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AWS incentive funding — developing annual and quarterly plans, allocating budgets across segments and sales motions, monitoring ROI and utilization, optimizing programs based on performance, and building transparent reporting and governance mechanisms for cross-functional stakeholders.
- • OpenAI’s Partnerships organization operates at the nexus of technology, infrastructure, and go-to-market strategy, collaborating with cloud providers like AWS to scale access to AI products and ensure customer success through strategic alliances and incentive-driven growth initiatives.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in cloud incentive ecosystems, financial modeling, and strategic program design while influencing high-impact business decisions and gaining visibility into how major tech partnerships fuel AI innovation and market expansion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, cloud alliances, incentive programs, finance operations, GTM strategy, or related fields
- • Experience working with AWS partner programs, SCA structures, MDF/co-sell funding, or cloud ecosystem incentives
- • Strong Excel / financial modeling and data analysis capabilities
- • Experience managing large funding pools, investment planning, or strategic business operations
- • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology ecosystems
