📋 Description
- • As a Seasonal Individual and Family Plans (IFP) Sales Representative, you will be dedicated to one or more specific carriers, taking inbound calls to consult and advise clients on health insurance options, with potential outbound follow-up to drive conversions and meet performance-based goals.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, navigating multiple systems while on the phone, meeting daily sales metrics, maintaining compliance, and supporting member retention and quality scores.
- • You will join eHealthInsurance Services, Inc., a mission-driven company focused on guiding consumers to transparent, trustworthy health insurance options while fostering an innovative, values-based culture centered on integrity, customer centricity, and one-team collaboration.
- • This role offers a springboard into a successful health insurance sales career through a comprehensive 4-week paid training program, with opportunities to earn uncapped commissions, achieve milestone incentives, and grow professionally in a regulated, performance-focused environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active resident state health insurance license
- • Previous sales experience or passion for learning and growing in a sales role
- • Strong technology skills to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- • Coachable and teachable mindset with high integrity and customer focus
- • Availability to work hours between 6:00AM – 6:00PM PST, including weekends and holidays, with extended availability during Open Enrollment (Nov 1 – Dec 15)
