  • • As the Industry Partner GTM Global Lead for the Energy and Utilities sector at ServiceNow, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative growth by developing and executing a cutting-edge Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This pivotal role sits within our Global Industries and Solutions (GI&S) team, a dynamic group dedicated to centering the voice of the customer and achieving outsized growth in critical industries and solution areas. You will be instrumental in shaping how ServiceNow engages with a select group of key partners across all channels, ensuring our GTM strategy is not only aligned with but also amplifies the company's vision and industry-specific objectives.
  • • Your primary mission will be to craft and implement an AI-centric, AI-first GTM strategy. This means embedding artificial intelligence and machine learning into every facet of our partner engagement, from identifying new opportunities to optimizing deal progression and revenue generation. You will act as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner to the Industry GTM leader, translating high-level company vision and industry strategies into concrete, actionable partner GTM plans. This involves developing compelling recommendations, supported by high-quality output, and presenting them to key stakeholders.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve leading and facilitating cross-team forums. These forums are crucial for ensuring alignment across various internal teams, including Industry GTM, Field Sales, Product Marketing, and Global Partner Operations (GPC). Your ability to drive consensus, foster collaboration, and ensure clear outcomes will be paramount. You will be responsible for delivering critical insights and intelligence to leaders and teams both within and outside the GI&S organization, helping them to prioritize key projects and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact.
  • • Cultivating and nurturing mutually beneficial partner relationships is at the core of this position. You will leverage both established and new industry partnerships to identify untapped areas of opportunity within the Energy and Utilities landscape. This requires working closely with partner executives to co-develop clear, actionable GTM plans that align with ServiceNow's strategic goals. Ensuring alignment on targets, metrics, and governance between partner and ServiceNow executives will be a key responsibility. You will lead initiatives designed to increase demand generation, grow and progress the sales pipeline, and ultimately close deals. Regular joint business reviews with top-tier partners will be essential for tracking progress, identifying challenges, and celebrating successes.
  • • As a leader within the Industry Partner Pod, you will serve as a vital conduit between the GI&S team and the GPC. Your role is to coordinate efforts, break down organizational silos, and foster a collaborative environment that drives collective success. You will be accountable for the timely execution of initiatives and the delivery of high-quality results that align with our strategic priorities. This includes ensuring that partner-led activities are seamlessly integrated with ServiceNow's broader GTM efforts.
  • • Beyond strategic execution, you will be a Culture and Team Ambassador. You will lead by example, embodying ServiceNow's core company values and demonstrating a commitment to excellence. Your proactive approach to fostering cross-team and cross-functional collaboration will be essential in creating a cohesive and high-performing environment. You are expected to be a culture force-multiplier, inspiring and motivating those around you to achieve ambitious goals and contribute to ServiceNow's continued success and expansion towards $20 billion and beyond. This role is critical in scaling and activating the industry across our entire partner ecosystem, ensuring that our partners are equipped and motivated to drive significant business outcomes for ServiceNow in the Energy and Utilities sector.

  • • Deep understanding of the Energy and Utilities industry, including its key imperatives, challenges, and digital transformation trends.
  • • Proven experience in developing and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, preferably within a technology or software company, with a strong focus on partner ecosystems.
  • • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with senior executives at partner organizations and internal stakeholders.
  • • Strong strategic thinking, operational planning, and project management skills, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
