📋 Description

• The Industry Principal for MedTech at PTC Inc. is a strategic, highly visible role responsible for shaping the company’s growth and market strategy within the MedTech industry vertical, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Day to day, the role involves engaging with C-level stakeholders to identify business challenges and transformation priorities, leveraging executive networks to expand access and identify new strategic opportunities, driving early-stage pipeline creation, developing scalable go-to-market plays, and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Services, and Partners to align industry priorities and influence solution direction.
• PTC is a global leader in software that bridges the physical and digital worlds, with nearly 7,000 employees worldwide, committed to fostering an inclusive culture where diverse ideas thrive and employees see their ideas come to life.
• In this role, the individual can achieve significant impact by strengthening PTC’s market presence in MedTech, influencing product roadmap through industry insights, building strategic partnerships with GSIs, mentoring GTM teams, and advancing their executive presence and strategic influence within a high-growth technology company.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience within MedTech, including enterprise customer engagement and strategic sales support
• Strong industry expertise with deep understanding of market trends, business drivers, and customer challenges
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence executive and C-level stakeholders
• Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic account growth
• Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
