• • As an Infection Prevention Specialist, Peri-op at Solventum, you will serve as a trusted infection prevention advisor and primary contact to key hospital stakeholders in peri-operative departments, patient care areas, quality, and beyond, driving sustainable business growth through strategic account and territory management.
• • Day to day, you will manage relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders, use data and analytics to inform business planning, identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities, leverage hospital networks to identify expansion opportunities, persuade stakeholders to advocate for solutions, deliver in-servicing and technical support, utilize publications and guidelines to influence product adoption, drive contract compliance, consult clinicians on safe product use, and represent Solventum at conferences and trade shows.
