  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective homebuyers and real estate agents in the Dallas Infill market, providing detailed information about Homebound’s available home plans, customization options, and purchase process
  • • Capture, qualify, and nurture buyer leads using Homebound’s criteria, including assessing pre-qualification status and purchase timeline to ensure accurate pipeline reporting
  • • Coordinate and schedule all buyer showings, property tours, and agent previews, ensuring seamless logistics and timely communication between all parties
  • • Guide prospective buyers through each stage of the home purchase journey—from initial inquiry to contract execution—providing clear, consistent support and answering questions with accuracy
  • • Maintain and update Salesforce CRM with precise lead information, interaction logs, and pipeline updates to ensure real-time visibility for the sales team
  • • Process, track, and manage sales contracts, earnest money deposits, and closing documentation, ensuring all paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
  • • Liaise between buyers, buyer’s agents, title companies, lenders, and internal departments to align on contract timelines, deliverables, and closing milestones
  • • Prepare and distribute sales reports, market performance metrics, and forecasting data to support strategic decision-making by the Dallas Sales Manager
  • • Coordinate design consultations, home inspections, and key buyer milestone meetings, ensuring all appointments are scheduled and confirmed with stakeholders
  • • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and website forms, maintaining high response standards and customer satisfaction
  • • Support broker outreach initiatives, community events, and listing promotions by collaborating with the marketing team to amplify visibility and drive lead generation
  • • Assist the Dallas Sales Manager with preparing presentation materials, conducting competitive market analysis, and drafting personalized buyer communications
  • • Manage administrative operations for the Dallas Infill team, including scheduling, documentation, and data entry, while remaining adaptable to support other markets as needed
  • • Work a hybrid schedule that includes in-office days, on-site job showings, property tours, and remote work to ensure visibility and responsiveness across the Dallas market
  • • Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure no critical task or document falls through the cracks during the fast-paced homebuying process
  • • Demonstrate flexibility by working evenings and weekends as required to accommodate buyer and agent availability, especially during peak showing and closing periods
  • • Leverage technology and digital tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience throughout the sales cycle
  • • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, construction, and closing operations to ensure a unified and seamless buyer experience
  • • Uphold Homebound’s customer-first philosophy by prioritizing empathy, clarity, and reliability in every buyer and agent interaction
  • • Act as a trusted advisor to buyers and agents by demonstrating deep knowledge of Homebound’s offerings and the Dallas/Fort Worth residential landscape
  • • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the sales process to maintain momentum and improve conversion rates
  • • Represent Homebound with professionalism and enthusiasm at all in-person and virtual interactions, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for innovation and excellence

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years of experience in sales support, residential real estate, or customer service
  • • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers and agents
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
  • • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
