• • **Paid Influencer Partnerships:**
• • Oversee the complete lifecycle of paid influencer partnerships on a day-to-day basis. This includes meticulous briefing, contract negotiation and management, thorough content review processes, comprehensive performance reporting, and seamless cross-functional coordination with our creative and paid media departments.
• • Proactively identify, rigorously evaluate, and strategically onboard new creator partners whose audiences demonstrate a strong clinical curiosity and a commitment to evidence-based information, ensuring alignment with our brand values.
• • Develop clear, compelling, and inspiring briefs that effectively translate our brand voice and the scientific underpinnings of our products into authentic, engaging, and impactful creator content.
• • Conduct in-depth analysis of content performance, extracting actionable insights to continuously optimize our influencer strategy and media spend, with a sharp focus on driving conversions rather than merely maximizing reach.
• • Maintain a meticulously organized and up-to-date influencer database, capturing essential details such as contact information, comprehensive campaign history, content deliverables, and crucial performance data for strategic decision-making.
• • **Affiliate & Health Provider Program:**
• • Drive significant growth within our existing affiliate program by actively recruiting and strategically activating new partners across various relevant tiers, thereby fostering consistent and substantial revenue expansion.
• • Take full ownership and spearhead the expansion of our health provider program, strategically growing our network of Registered Dietitians (RDs), dietitians, functional medicine practitioners, naturopaths, and other allied health professionals.
• • Manage all facets of program operations, including efficient partner onboarding, proactive and clear communications, accurate tracking mechanisms, timely payouts, and ensuring strict adherence to all compliance requirements.
• • Develop comprehensive and user-friendly partner-facing materials, such as detailed guides, informative product education toolkits, and versatile content assets, designed to empower affiliates and providers to represent our brand accurately, credibly, and effectively.
• • Identify and implement innovative recruitment channels and targeted outreach strategies to attract and onboard high-quality partners at scale, ensuring program growth and reach.
• • **Partner Community Management:**
• • Cultivate and nurture a highly engaged partner community that spans influencers, affiliates, and health providers, focusing on building enduring, long-term relationships that transcend purely transactional interactions.
• • Conduct regular and welcoming onboarding sessions for all new partners, ensuring they are set up for immediate and sustained success from their very first day.
• • Effectively manage dedicated community platforms (such as Slack, Circle, or similar tools) to foster connection, disseminate vital information, and maintain high levels of partner motivation and engagement.
• • Organize impactful quarterly virtual or in-person touchpoints that offer partners exclusive, direct access to our founders, providing a unique and highly valued benefit that few other brands can replicate.
• • Coordinate and deliver ongoing, in-depth education sessions specifically for health providers, covering critical aspects of product science, relevant clinical contexts, and interactive Q&A sessions to deepen their confidence and advocacy.
• • Maintain a dynamic community events calendar, strategically scheduling campaigns, educational moments, product launches, and milestone celebrations to ensure the partner ecosystem remains consistently active and engaged throughout the year.
• • **Seeding & Events:**
• • Develop and execute monthly seeding target lists, identifying creators and providers with the highest potential for organic visibility and engagement, and meticulously manage delivery and follow-up to maximize impact.
• • Provide essential support for the planning and execution of influencer activations and brand events, expertly managing partner logistics, communications, and on-site coordination as required.
• • Proactively identify and pursue co-marketing and community event opportunities that serve to strengthen relationships and foster collaboration across the entire partner network.
