  • • Manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across music and culture, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • • Serve as the primary point of contact between Influur’s sales team, global brands, and influencers, coordinating communication and expectations across all parties.
  • • Plan and oversee campaign timelines from briefing to delivery, including contract coordination, content approval workflows, and performance tracking.
  • • Ensure all influencer deliverables meet brand guidelines, platform requirements, and legal compliance standards (e.g., FTC disclosures, usage rights).
  • • Monitor campaign performance using internal data tools and AI-driven metrics to optimize ongoing campaigns and report results to clients.
  • • Collaborate with internal teams to refine campaign briefs, identify suitable influencers based on audience alignment and historical performance data, and adjust strategies in real time.
  • • Maintain organized campaign documentation, including influencer contracts, content calendars, payment records, and post-campaign analytics.
  • • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in campaign workflows and implement solutions to maintain quality and meet deadlines across multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign progress, challenges, and outcomes using clear, data-informed reporting.
  • • Stay current with trends in influencer marketing, platform algorithm changes, and creator community dynamics to inform campaign strategy and innovation.
  • • Advocate for creators by ensuring fair compensation, clear expectations, and respectful communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • • Work closely with the product and data teams to provide feedback on platform features, campaign tools, and user experience improvements based on field insights.
  • • Scale campaign operations as the company grows, contributing to process documentation, training new team members, and refining best practices.
  • • Balance high-volume campaign execution with attention to detail, ensuring no campaign is compromised in quality or compliance due to workload.
  • • Adapt quickly to shifting brand priorities, last-minute creative changes, or influencer availability issues without disrupting campaign momentum.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • • Deep understanding of creator culture, platform dynamics (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), and influencer compensation norms
  • • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with brands and creators
  • • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • • Familiarity with legal and compliance requirements in influencer advertising (e.g., FTC guidelines)
