- • As an Influencer Content Associate for Wizz at Voodoo SAS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence among US Gen Z audiences by developing authentic, high-impact video content that drives engagement and growth for a rapidly expanding social app with over 3 million monthly active users in the US and UK.
- • You will own the end-to-end influencer strategy for Wizz, from trend identification and creator sourcing to campaign execution and performance analysis, ensuring all content aligns with the app’s mission of fostering safe, meaningful connections among teens.
- • You will join Voodoo’s Consumer Apps team, a dynamic and innovative group responsible for creating globally beloved apps like Wizz and BeReal, operating within a culture that values creativity, experimentation, and user-centric design at scale.
- • You will work closely with Product, User Acquisition, and Creative teams to align influencer initiatives with broader business goals, gaining cross-functional experience in a fast-paced, data-informed environment where your ideas directly influence user growth and retention.
- • You will develop deep expertise in Gen Z culture, social media trends, and viral marketing tactics, building a scalable influencer CRM and mastering performance analytics to optimize content reach and engagement across platforms.
- • You will manage and nurture relationships with 100+ influencers across micro, macro, and mega tiers, handling contracting, briefing, and creative oversight while ensuring brand safety and authenticity in every collaboration.
- • You will experiment with unconventional growth hacks and viral formats, testing new approaches to maximize organic reach and stay ahead of competitor strategies in the ever-evolving social landscape.
- • You will assist in video production and editing when needed, ensuring creative vision is executed with quality and consistency, even as you scale operations across a diverse creator network.
- • You will track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics, using data to refine strategy, justify investment, and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders across the organization.
- • You will immerse yourself in US Gen Z behavior—slang, platform preferences, content formats, and cultural nuances—to ensure Wizz remains culturally relevant and resonant with its core audience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-3 years of experience managing influencers or working in content creation, with proven ability to build and maintain relationships at scale (comfortable managing 100+ creators)
- • Deep understanding of US Gen Z culture, trends, and social media behavior; native-level cultural fluency strongly preferred (via lived experience, extended time in the US, or professional immersion)
- • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to track performance, optimize strategy, and report on content metrics and creator ROI
