- • As the Influencer Manager, you will be instrumental in scaling one of Ramp’s most impactful and high-ROI growth channels. This role is pivotal in transforming the influencer marketing program from a high-performing but resource-constrained initiative into a robust, scalable, and company-wide growth engine. You will own the entire influencer marketing lifecycle, from strategic planning and execution to ongoing optimization, ensuring maximum impact across performance marketing, product launches, and significant brand moments.
- • This is a hands-on position that requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative judgment, and a deep understanding of performance metrics. You will have direct budget ownership and the opportunity to make a tangible business impact. Your success will be measured by the efficiency and scalability of the influencer campaigns you manage, contributing directly to Ramp’s customer acquisition and brand visibility goals.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team, acting as a key partner in driving measurable results. Additionally, you will support and integrate influencer strategies with cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Brand, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This collaborative approach ensures that influencer campaigns are aligned with broader company objectives and product roadmaps, amplifying their reach and effectiveness.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of influencer program management. This includes developing and executing the overarching influencer strategy, defining campaign goals, and setting budgets in partnership with Performance, Data, Finance, and Brand teams. You will be responsible for identifying and vetting potential creators, meticulously evaluating them based on audience alignment, product relevance, and channel-specific objectives. This involves building and maintaining a strong network of creators who can authentically represent the Ramp brand and resonate with our target audience.
- • The role demands strong negotiation skills. You will lead the outreach process, clearly brief creators on campaign objectives and deliverables, and manage all aspects of contracting, including rates, specific deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity clauses. Ensuring clear communication and mutually beneficial agreements is paramount. Furthermore, you will play a critical role in reviewing and guiding the creative output of influencers, ensuring that all content aligns with Ramp’s brand messaging, effectively communicates performance signals, and maintains brand integrity. This creative oversight is crucial for maximizing the impact and authenticity of each campaign.
- • You will also be responsible for coordinating the posting schedule of influencer content, ensuring proper use of collaboration tags, and facilitating distribution across Ramp’s owned channels to maximize reach and engagement. A key component of this role is the rigorous tracking and analysis of campaign performance. You will synthesize key learnings from each campaign, identify trends, and use this data to continuously refine creator selection criteria, improve briefing processes, and optimize campaign strategies for better outcomes. This iterative approach to optimization is vital for sustained success in the dynamic influencer marketing landscape.
- • By owning these critical functions, you will directly contribute to Ramp’s growth trajectory, enhancing brand awareness, driving qualified leads, and supporting product adoption through authentic and engaging creator partnerships.
