- • As the Influencer Marketing Manager at Courtyard, Inc., you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the collectibles market, driving growth and engagement through strategic creator partnerships. This is a pivotal role where culture, performance, and innovation converge, empowering you to shape how Courtyard connects with a diverse audience across the vibrant worlds of collectibles, sports, gaming, and broader internet culture.
- • You will be instrumental in building and scaling high-impact influencer programs from the ground up, forging authentic and impactful partnerships with creators who resonate with our target demographics. Your primary objective will be to translate these partnerships into measurable business outcomes, including Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), new buyer acquisition, repeat purchase rates, and overall brand lift.
- • The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of creative vision, operational excellence, and a profound understanding of how influencer ecosystems can be leveraged to achieve significant growth at scale. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive influencer marketing roadmap, meticulously aligned with Courtyard's overarching growth objectives, key cultural moments, and upcoming product launches.
- • A core aspect of your role will be to strategically define how influencer marketing contributes to critical business metrics such as GMV growth, the acquisition of new buyers, customer retention, and the enhancement of brand credibility. You will expertly balance the execution of consistent, always-on creator programs with the planning and deployment of impactful tentpole activations and major product launches.
- • You will establish and nurture robust influencer and partner programs, encompassing a spectrum of creator tiers, from macro-influencers with broad reach to mid-tier and micro-influencers who offer deep engagement within niche communities. Your responsibilities will include the identification, recruitment, and ongoing management of high-impact creators across key verticals such as collectibles, sports cards, gaming, luxury goods, and other adjacent markets that align with our brand and audience.
- • Structuring partnerships that foster both authentic storytelling and demonstrable performance will be paramount. You will own the critical influencer performance metrics, meticulously tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), GMV generated, conversion rates, and the quality of acquired customer cohorts.
- • In collaboration with our Growth, Data Science, and Engineering teams, you will build and refine scalable tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks. This will ensure that the impact of influencer marketing is accurately measured and understood, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- • You will be expected to regularly communicate campaign results, key insights, and strategic optimization opportunities to senior leadership, fostering a data-driven approach to influencer marketing.
- • Close collaboration with our Creative Services team will be essential to shape compelling influencer briefs, guide content direction, and develop impactful campaign narratives. Ensuring that creator-generated content consistently aligns with Courtyard's brand identity, product truths, and audience expectations is a critical responsibility.
- • A proactive and experimental mindset is encouraged; you will continuously test new formats, platforms, and creator styles to identify opportunities for performance improvement and innovation.
- • You will proactively identify emerging creator ecosystems and relevant cultural moments that can be leveraged to connect with Courtyard's target audience.
- • To enhance efficiency, scale partnerships, and maximize returns, you will implement AI-driven workflows and automation systems where applicable.
- • You will serve as the internal subject matter expert on all trends and developments within the influencer and creator landscape.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for structuring compelling deals and innovative revenue share models that create mutual benefit for both creators and Courtyard, fostering long-term, sustainable relationships.
