- • As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Almedia Inc., you will own and scale a high-impact influencer marketing project from the ground up, directly contributing to the company’s mission of becoming Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn and Europe’s #3 fastest-growing company in 2025. This role is pivotal in transforming user acquisition and engagement by leveraging a community of over 60 million users to drive measurable business outcomes for global advertisers.
- • You will drive strategic growth by developing and executing data-informed influencer campaigns in Tier 1 markets, managing a significant monthly budget of $500K+ to maximize ROI, negotiating and managing agency and creator partnerships, collaborating cross-functionally with product leaders Leon and Martin to align on objectives, and innovating beyond traditional models to build a scalable, high-efficiency creator network that fuels sustainable growth.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience managing and optimizing significant marketing budgets ($500K+ monthly) with a focus on business impact and ROI, not just vanity metrics.
- • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and track record of scaling projects from zero to one, preferably in growth marketing, influencer marketing, or agency ownership.
- • Strong negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills, with experience securing and maintaining relationships with agencies, creators, and internal stakeholders.
- • Strategic and analytical abilities to interpret performance data, derive actionable insights, and iterate campaigns for continuous improvement in conversion and user acquisition.
- • Bonus: Prior experience in the mobile gaming industry and a clear willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity, results-driven environment.
