- • As the Influencer Marketing Manager for Pearltalent’s client, a fast-growing functional wellness brand, you will own the end-to-end influencer and creator program, driving measurable revenue and brand growth through strategic creator partnerships, AI-powered outreach, and performance marketing integration—directly impacting the company’s scalability and market presence in the competitive wellness space.
- • Day to day, you will: own and scale the Superfiliate affiliate program by recruiting, onboarding, and activating creators across nano to macro tiers while designing commission structures and optimizing payout workflows; build and manage AI-powered outreach systems for high-volume creator recruitment, maintaining brand voice and personal connection across all communications; manage relationships with third-party platforms like JoinBrands and Insense to brief, launch, and oversee campaigns ensuring brand alignment and timely delivery; partner with performance marketing to identify top-performing organic content for whitelisting and Spark Ads, securing usage rights and contributing to creative strategy; and continuously track, analyze, and optimize program KPIs including activations, engagement, affiliate revenue, CPA, and ROAS, using data to refine creator selection, outreach tactics, and incentive structures while reporting insights to leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience with measurable outcomes in driving revenue, engagement, or creator program growth.
- • Proven success managing affiliate, ambassador, or creator programs including recruitment, onboarding, incentive design, and payout workflow management.
- • Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ecosystems, including platform-specific best practices, algorithm trends, and content formats that drive performance.
- • Experience with whitelisting, TikTok Spark Ads, Instagram/YouTube paid partnerships, and usage rights management to amplify organic creator content through paid channels.
- • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to negotiate with creators, manage external agencies, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- • Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple concurrent campaigns, outreach sequences, and platform integrations without dropping deliverables.
- • Data-driven mindset with proven experience tracking KPIs such as activations, engagement, affiliate revenue, CPA, and ROAS, and using insights to optimize program economics.
- • High-agency, proactive, and ambitious attitude—self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and seeks to exceed goals.
- • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and running affiliate marketing campaigns specifically on the TikTok Shop platform.
- • Familiarity with Superfiliate, JoinBrands, and Insense platforms for managing affiliate programs and third-party creator campaigns.
- • Experience with AI-powered outreach tools and automation workflows to scale creator recruitment while preserving personalization and brand voice.
