📋 Description

• As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at Relayfi Inc., you will support campaign execution, creator research, brief development, content review, and post-campaign analysis while serving as the primary point of contact for Relay's affiliate program, managing day-to-day affiliate communication, onboarding, and reporting.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing affiliate communications and tracking performance, supporting influencer managers in end-to-end campaign execution, researching and building prospective influencer lists across platforms, using AI tools to accelerate content drafts, reviewing influencer content for compliance and brand fit, and gradually taking on direct onboarding of smaller creator partners under supervision.
• You will join Relay's influencer team within the broader brand organization at a digital banking platform that empowers self-made business owners with financial clarity and control, working cross-functionally with Brand, Social, CX, and Demand Gen teams to integrate creator and affiliate work with broader marketing initiatives.
• In this role, you will develop judgment, platform fluency, and creator relationship skills, starting with affiliate ownership and progressing toward independent partnership ownership, while sharpening your craft through hands-on campaign execution and contributing fresh ideas to a best-in-class influencer program.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content, campaign coordination, or affiliate/partnership support with some exposure to influencer or creator marketing
• Excellent written communication skills to draft creator outreach, affiliate updates, and brief content with clarity, professionalism, and warmth
• Strong organization and detail orientation, including maintaining trackers, hitting deadlines, and keeping documentation up to date for team visibility
• Working fluency with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copy.ai) to accelerate routine work without replacing judgment

• Annual salary range of $90,000 CAD to $110,000 CAD, with typical starting salary of $100,000 CAD for candidates demonstrating full readiness
