  • • The Influencer Partnerships Manager, International role at Gruns LLC is pivotal in scaling the company’s creator engine across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM markets, driving authentic, high-converting content through deep creator relationships rather than transactional outreach. This role directly impacts customer acquisition cost (CAC), revenue, and lifetime value (LTV) by owning influencer performance end-to-end.
  • • Day to day, you will spend 75% of your time sourcing, negotiating, and managing 100+ mid-tier and premium creators per market annually — handling outreach, contracts, usage rights, briefing, content review, and relationship nurturing across multiple countries. The remaining 25% focuses on seeding and discovery: identifying 1,000+ potential creators per market per month using tools like StoryClash or Saral, feeding top leads into the relationship funnel, and leveraging automation to scale efficiently. You will also surface high-performing content for whitelisting and paid amplification, coordinate with the Paid Media team, and report on CAC, new customer attribution, and content performance by creator, market, and tier to tie influencer programs to revenue and ROAS.
  • • You’ll join a fully remote, high-trust global team operating across multiple time zones, with core collaboration expected during Eastern Time zone overlaps. The company values async work by default but convenes twice yearly for in-person offsites to strengthen alignment and relationships. You’ll work closely with Brand, Paid Media, Retail, Creative, Compliance, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and local market relevance.
  • • In this role, you will build localized playbooks documenting what works by market — including compliant briefs, creator tier definitions, and go-to-market approaches — while developing repeatable systems that balance cultural nuance with operational consistency. You’ll gain end-to-end ownership of influencer program P&L, sharpen your performance-driven mindset, and become adept at leveraging AI and automation to focus on strategy and relationships. Success is measured not by database size, but by creators who know, like, and consistently deliver converting content for Gruns.
