Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Springboard Education, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Influencer Partnerships Specialist to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This remote role, requiring approximately 20 hours per week, is crucial for expanding our reach and driving enrollments through strategic influencer collaborations across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin America.
- • As an online education company, Springboard offers mentor-led, outcome-driven programs designed to facilitate career-defining moves. Our portfolio spans high-growth fields such as Tech Bootcamps (Software Engineering, Data Science, UI/UX, Cybersecurity) and Allied Health training (Certified Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, Sterile Technician), all aimed at helping professionals and career switchers secure lucrative roles.
- • Influencer partnerships represent a significant and rapidly growing channel for Springboard. We have a foundational influencer program in place, complete with existing creator relationships, established operational infrastructure, and valuable enrollment data. Your primary objective will be to leverage and enhance these existing assets, identifying superior creators, optimizing outreach strategies, refining deal economics, and ultimately driving a greater volume of successful enrollments.
- • This role is specifically focused on the core of influencer marketing: identifying and securing the right creators on mutually beneficial terms. You will inherit an active influencer program, complete with ongoing partnerships, historical performance data, and existing tools. Your mission is not to build from the ground up, but to refine and elevate the program's effectiveness through enhanced creator sourcing, more rigorous evaluation processes, smarter outreach tactics, and tighter deal structures, ensuring we partner with creators who demonstrably drive enrollments.
- • You will navigate the complexities of two distinct product lines: Tech Bootcamps and Allied Health programs. This requires an understanding that the target audiences, messaging strategies, and deal structures for a high-value $14,000 bootcamp differ significantly from those for a $4,500 healthcare credential. The ideal candidate will possess the adaptability to effectively manage partnerships across both segments.
- • The majority of your time, approximately 70%, will be dedicated to creator discovery and outreach. This involves identifying creators whose audiences closely align with Springboard's target buyer personas. You will source potential partners across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, focusing on niches such as tech careers, career switching, coding tutorials, productivity, healthcare professions, and professional development. A strong preference will be given to creators with a dominant U.S. audience.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be evaluating creators with a discerning, practitioner's eye. This goes beyond superficial metrics like follower counts. You will delve into the quality of engagement, analyze audience demographics, scrutinize sponsored content history, assess view-to-subscriber ratios, and gauge comment sentiment. Your expertise will be vital in discerning when a creator's metrics appear strong on paper but are unlikely to translate into conversions for a high-ticket educational product.
- • You will be responsible for executing outreach strategies that consistently generate responses. This entails crafting personalized outreach messages at scale without compromising quality, managing follow-up cadences effectively, and cultivating strong relationships with both creators and their management teams. Engaging in outreach as a primary daily activity, rather than an afterthought, is essential for success in this position.
- • Negotiating deals that safeguard our economic interests will be a key responsibility. You will structure compensation models, including flat fees, affiliate commissions, or hybrid approaches, to ensure creator incentives are directly aligned with enrollment outcomes. You will be expected to push back on rates that do not meet our financial targets and adhere strictly to designated Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) benchmarks.
- • The remaining 30% of your time will support campaign setup and performance monitoring. This includes establishing robust tracking infrastructure for each partnership, utilizing UTM links, unique coupon codes, and dedicated influencer landing pages to ensure every collaboration is measurable from its inception.
- • You will coordinate content development and approval processes, collaborating with creators on messaging, reviewing draft content or scripts for accuracy and brand alignment, and managing timelines to ensure campaigns remain on schedule.
- • A crucial part of your role involves surfacing actionable insights regarding campaign performance. While you won't be building complex dashboards, you must possess a strong understanding of the key metrics. You will be expected to flag underperforming partnerships early, identify creators who warrant re-engagement, and provide recommendations backed by data, not just raw figures.
- • This role demands a proactive and self-directed individual who can thrive in a remote, part-time, and asynchronous work environment. You will manage your 20 hours per week effectively, communicate proactively, and drive progress without constant supervision, requiring a high degree of discipline and initiative.
