- • Partner daily with Growth, Paid Media, SEO, CRO, and Revenue Operations teams to translate campaign questions into precise data requirements, then deliver governed datasets, APIs, and BI views that fuel experimentation and rapid iteration.
- • Lead cross-functional “Data Access Councils” every sprint to prioritize new data sources, resolve access bottlenecks, and evangelize best practices; your roadmap decisions directly influence multi-million-dollar media budgets and client retention.
- • Build and maintain a living inventory of 200+ internal and external data sources—ranging from ad-platform APIs and CDPs to first-party CRMs and third-party enrichment providers—documenting lineage, refresh cadence, and PII classification.
- • Implement zero-trust security models and dynamic masking so that junior analysts can explore raw data safely while senior consultants receive elevated privileges—all tracked via immutable audit logs for compliance and client trust.
- • Automate user onboarding and off-boarding through Terraform, Okta, and Snowflake RBAC, reducing manual ticket volume by 70% and freeing data-engineering cycles for higher-value modeling work.
- • Create intuitive data-dictionaries and “metric trees” in Confluence and dbt docs so that every stakeholder—from CMO to intern—speaks the same language when defining ROAS, LTV, or incrementality.
- • Instrument usage analytics and cost attribution inside Snowflake & BigQuery, surfacing dashboards that show which tables, dashboards, and users drive the greatest ROI, then right-size compute spend without throttling innovation.
- • Serve as the primary escalation point for data-access incidents, running blameless post-mortems that convert outages into runbooks, training, and policy updates, ensuring a 99.9% uptime SLA for critical data products.
- • Mentor a distributed team of data stewards and junior engineers, instituting weekly “lunch-and-learns” on topics like differential privacy, Airflow DAG optimization, and advanced SQL, cultivating the next generation of data leaders.
- • Collaborate with Legal and InfoSec to pilot emerging privacy-enhancing technologies—such as clean rooms and synthetic data—enabling clients to unlock second-party data partnerships without exposing raw PII.
- • Translate complex technical constraints into executive-level narratives for quarterly business reviews, demonstrating how disciplined data access accelerates experimentation velocity and drives double-digit revenue growth for clients.
- • Champion a culture of documentation, reproducibility, and ethical data use; your policies become the gold standard that other agencies benchmark against when pitching enterprise accounts.
- • Continuously scan the martech and adtech landscape for new connectors, identity-resolution tools, and consent-management platforms, ensuring Power Digital remains three steps ahead of platform deprecation and regulatory change.
