📋 Description
- • Own the heartbeat of our Advertising team’s data ecosystem. You will build, maintain, and continuously refine reporting dashboards across Pacvue, Criteo, Promote IQ, and other ad-tech platforms so that every stakeholder—from Account Strategists to C-suite—has real-time, error-free visibility into campaign performance, budget pacing, and ROI.
- • Become the single source of truth for all advertising budgets. You will create and distribute weekly LTRs (Learnings, Trends, Recommendations), monthly budget-pacing files, and quarterly re-forecast models that allow leadership to re-allocate spend before opportunities slip away.
- • Design and enforce bullet-proof SOPs. From onboarding new hires to offboarding departing teammates, you will document every click, approval, and hand-off so that knowledge is never lost and the team scales without friction.
- • Master the art of DSP invoice reconciliation. You will pull raw billing data, match it against platform delivery logs, and deliver crystal-clear agency-fee summaries to Finance 48 hours before month-end close—eliminating surprise variances and protecting cash flow.
- • Curate the Advertising team’s tech stack. You will provision licenses, manage user permissions, schedule training webinars, and negotiate with vendors so that every tool—from Helium 10 to Kenshoo—is optimized for cost and utility.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration. Whether Product Marketing needs keyword insights or the Inventory team wants ad-driven demand forecasts, you will triage requests, schedule working sessions, and publish concise meeting recaps that keep projects on track.
- • Champion data hygiene. You will audit naming conventions, tagging schemas, and UTM parameters across thousands of SKUs so that downstream analytics remain trustworthy and attribution gaps are closed before they become costly.
- • Build executive-level narrative reports. Beyond raw numbers, you will craft visually compelling slide decks that translate complex metrics into strategic recommendations, enabling Brand Partners to double-down on winning tactics and sunset under-performers.
- • Drive continuous improvement. You will run quarterly retrospectives, collect feedback via anonymous surveys, and implement lightweight automations (Google Apps Script, Zapier, or similar) that shave hours off recurring tasks.
- • Serve as the cultural glue of a remote-first Advertising department. You will launch virtual coffee chats, celebrate wins in Slack, and ensure every teammate—regardless of time zone—feels connected to our mission of dominating Amazon’s ever-changing landscape.
