- • The Influencer Relations Coordinator role at Replit supports and scales the creator and influencer ecosystem, playing a key part in democratizing software development by connecting with communities that drive adoption of the agentic software creation platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and identifying aligned creators and influencers, managing outreach via email and DMs, coordinating end-to-end partnerships (briefing, timelines, deliverables), reviewing content for brand alignment, tracking campaign logistics, supporting negotiations on rates and usage rights, and maintaining internal tracking systems.
- • The role operates within Replit’s creator-focused team, working closely with the Creator Lead to ensure the influencer program runs smoothly, on schedule, and at scale across platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
- • This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in influencer marketing, partnership management, and content operations within a fast-moving, mission-driven tech environment, while building organizational and communication skills through cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 years of experience in marketing, influencer or creator partnerships, talent management, or social media
- • Strong understanding of internet culture and creator ecosystems across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X
- • Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple moving pieces, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
