📋 Description
- • The Information Management Analyst at KBR Inc. plays a critical role in verifying data accuracy, maintaining content, and supporting updates to ensure information remains current, reliable, and usable for the Growth Operations Excellence (GOE) office under Mission Technology Solutions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating data for accuracy and completeness, performing routine data maintenance (updates, corrections, cleanup), supporting audits by identifying outdated or duplicate information, coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies, monitoring data freshness, assisting with reporting on data quality metrics, and providing operational support to senior knowledge management staff.
- • The role is part of KBR’s Mission Technology Solutions team, which supports critical missions across government and commercial sectors including Defense, Intelligence, Civilian Space, and Homeland Security, offering the opportunity to influence technical strategy and collaborate with top talent on mission-critical programs.
- • The analyst will learn and apply best practices in information management and data quality, gain experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Power BI), develop skills in data validation and process improvement, and contribute to scalable solutions for growth knowledge management while working in a remote, collaborative environment.
