Information Security Engineer

📋 Description

• • The Information Security Engineer will support security policies, practices, and procedures by implementing and maintaining security technologies to protect networks, systems, applications, and data, serving as an internal consultant to solve technical problems and ensure effective security controls.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and maintaining SIEM and SOAR solutions, analyzing and improving security systems via automation, developing security documentation, tuning security tools, constructing project plans, communicating status to leadership, participating in audit and compliance functions (PCI DSS, SOX, privacy laws), responding to security incidents, and acting as a subject matter expert for internal and external teams.
