• • As an Information Security Engineer focused on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) at Palantir Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in safeguarding the company’s most sensitive data across its global environment. This role matters because you will directly contribute to preventing data exfiltration, insider threats, and unauthorized data movement — protecting intellectual property, customer data, and operational integrity in high-stakes environments where adversaries are highly sophisticated.
• • Day to day, you will design, implement, and optimize content inspection pipelines; tune and evolve classification policies based on real-world insider threat scenarios; investigate data security events; reverse-engineer exfiltration attempts that bypass existing controls; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen Palantir’s 24/7 data protection program. You will operate in a high-impact, adversarial mindset environment where proactive threat hunting and deep technical analysis are expected.
• • Palantir’s security team operates at the forefront of defending mission-critical systems used by governments, healthcare providers, and humanitarian organizations worldwide. You’ll join a group of engineers who think like attackers to stay ahead of threats, combining deep technical expertise with a relentless focus on protecting data that enables life-saving outcomes — from drug discovery to locating missing persons.
