📋 Description

• • The Information Security Policy Manager at Interactive Brokers LLC develops, maintains, and communicates the company’s information security policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and organizational risk appetite. This role is critical to supporting IBKR’s security program through a well-structured policy library that enables compliance and risk mitigation across global operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and extending the information security policy library, coordinating policy development and updates, mapping policies to regulatory frameworks such as DORA, FFIEC, and NIST CSF, supporting external audits and regulatory examinations, partnering with the Information Security Controls Manager to align policies with controls, evaluating security controls for improvement, and performing other assigned duties.
