📋 Description

• Review and enhance AI-generated content related to infrastructure optimization, systems architecture, and deployment strategies to ensure technical accuracy and operational viability.
• Assess AI-generated infrastructure scenarios and recommendations for efficiency, realism, and alignment with real-world engineering and operational practices.
• Develop practical use cases, examples, and risk assessments grounded in hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, automation, and system scaling.
• Create scenario variations tailored to different infrastructure roles including engineers, architects, and stakeholder teams to improve AI understanding of role-specific challenges.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, flawed assumptions, or inaccuracies in AI outputs and deliver detailed, actionable feedback to refine model performance.
• Collaborate within a structured freelance environment to support AI labs in training models on authentic infrastructure optimization challenges.
• Contribute to the evolution of AI systems by ensuring their recommendations reflect current best practices in infrastructure management and operational excellence.
• Work remotely with flexible hours between 8–20 hours per week, responding to project assignments matched to your expertise and availability.
• Participate in onboarding processes that include concise project briefs, clear expectations, and a collaborative framework for delivering high-quality feedback.
• Utilize your professional experience to directly influence how AI models reason about complex infrastructure decisions, deployment trade-offs, and system resilience.
• Maintain consistent communication and reliability in a freelance capacity where project demand is dynamic and assignments are matched based on real-time AI lab needs.
• Engage with ongoing AI training missions that do not follow traditional employment timelines—project matching may occur within days or require longer wait periods based on alignment with current demands.
• Apply your specialized knowledge to ensure AI-generated infrastructure guidance is technically sound, scalable, and applicable to enterprise and cloud environments.
• Contribute to the development of a more accurate and context-aware AI model by validating outputs against real-world infrastructure constraints and operational realities.
• Maintain professional standards in feedback delivery, ensuring clarity, precision, and constructiveness in all interactions with AI training pipelines.
• Remain actively engaged in a remote, freelance model with no fixed start dates, where work is project-based and contingent on ongoing AI lab requirements.
• Leverage your background to help eliminate misleading, overly theoretical, or impractical AI outputs in infrastructure optimization domains.

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced IT infrastructure specialist, systems architect, or operations lead with a record of optimizing, maintaining, and scaling complex systems
• Based in the EU or UK
• Demonstrated expertise in modern infrastructure strategies, automation, and operational excellence
• Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at delivering clear, constructive feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in communication
• Willing to complete a short written assessment, AI-powered interview, and compliance/credentials check
