📋 Description

• As an Infrastructure Security Engineer at SonarSource, you will be a pivotal engineering contributor to the design, implementation, and operation of security controls and automation across identity platforms, endpoints, and core IT services, playing a critical role in securing the foundation of AI-driven software development.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning key parts of the identity and access management stack (SSO, SCIM, group-based access, JIT access), designing and maintaining security monitoring and SIEM integrations for real-time visibility into identity, endpoint, and SaaS risks, and partnering with IT Ops, Information Security, and Infrastructure Engineering to embed security controls into operational processes like incident management and change management.
• You will work within a global, fast-growing team operating across hubs in Austin, Bochum, Dubai, Geneva, London, Singapore, Tokyo, and Washington D.C., united by the CODE mindset: Committed to customers and community, Obsessed with quality, Deliberate in decisions, and Effective as one team.
• In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge identity and access technologies, champion AI-driven security operations for improved efficiency, and help define measurable reliability and effectiveness of security controls through SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and dashboards—positioning you at the forefront of securing AI-centric development environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management systems including SSO, SCIM, and group-based access controls
• Proficiency in security monitoring, alerting, and SIEM integration for identity, endpoint, and SaaS environments
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with IT Ops, Information Security, and Infrastructure Engineering teams on integrating security into operational processes
