📋 Description

• • Serves as Field Engineer for specific clients and/or for specific products and applications, including tech kiosks / desks.
• • Provides software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms and other networked devices.
• • Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, networks, servers, peripherals and other networked devices.
• • Supports network products from both operational and maintenance perspectives, including preventative maintenance activities.
• • Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required.
• • Tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers and client approved applications.
• • Provides follow-up on problems or escalations.
• • Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress.
• • Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions.
• • You will be successful in this role if you have:
• • High School Diploma or GED required
• • May require technical certification or Associate Degree
• • Generally, 1-2 years’ experience in area of responsibility
