- • Review and refine AI-generated outputs on innovation topics including strategic innovation, business model design, organizational change, product development, and scaling innovation, applying deep domain expertise to elevate technical outputs.
- • Evaluate AI content for commercial realism, strategic logic, and relevance to true innovation challenges, identifying where AI-generated advice may overlook human, cultural, or operational complexities.

🎯 Requirements
- • Senior-level experience as an innovation director, innovation lead, strategy consultant, or business transformation leader with a proven track record of driving real-world innovation initiatives.
- • Based in and legally eligible to work in the EU or UK, with availability to commit 8–20 hours per week alongside other professional engagements.
- • Demonstrated ability to spot weak logic, theoretical gaps, or unrealistic assumptions in innovation reasoning, particularly in areas like business model design, organizational change, and strategic planning.
- • Strong written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and actionable feedback on complex innovation content.
- • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, managing time effectively to meet project briefs and deadlines.
- • Familiarity with AI concepts or prior experience working with AI training, prompt engineering, or model evaluation is a nice-to-have but not required.
