- • Independently develop, implement, and manage comprehensive territory strategies to optimize revenue generation in the K–12 education market, exercising discretion in resource allocation and market prioritization.
- • Apply advanced expertise in educational marketplace analysis, funding developments, and industry trends to make strategic decisions that impact territory performance and contribute to broader organizational sales strategies.
- • Exercise significant discretion and independent judgment in developing and executing strategic territory plans, including determining optimal customer engagement strategies, pricing considerations, and resource deployment.
- • Leverage specialized knowledge of Amplify’s solutions portfolio—covering literacy, biliteracy, math, and science curriculum, assessment, and supplemental learning—to assess complex customer needs, design customized solutions, and make strategic recommendations aligned with customer requirements and organizational objectives.
- • Independently manage business pipeline development, territory revenue forecasting, and strategic account planning with authority to make decisions affecting significant business outcomes.
- • Develop and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key educational stakeholders, making independent judgments about relationship investment and account prioritization across districts and schools.
- • Conduct independent analysis of territory trends, competitive landscape, and funding sources to develop strategic recommendations that influence broader organizational sales approaches.
- • Participate in strategic organizational initiatives, offering expertise to inform company-wide sales strategies and best practices.
- • Independently manage all aspects of territory operations, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and strategic reporting that directly influences organizational decision-making.
- • Travel 15–30% to engage with clients, attend educational events, and support district implementations across the United States.
- • Serve as a strategic specialist on Amplify’s integrated instructional platform, translating educational research and product capabilities into compelling value propositions for K–12 educators and administrators.
- • Maintain high standards of business ethics and compliance in all customer interactions, ensuring alignment with Amplify’s mission to bring delight and rigor to teaching and learning.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with curriculum, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and accurate representation of product offerings.
- • Demonstrate consistent ability to operate with minimal supervision, managing a complex sales cycle from initial outreach through contract negotiation and renewal.
- • Utilize strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills to communicate effectively with educators, district leaders, and internal stakeholders.
