- • The Inside Sales Representative at HD Supply Holdings, LLC plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating new sales opportunities and upselling to existing customers through phone, email, and electronic communication. This role is essential to maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring timely, accurate responses to order and quotation requests.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new sales via outbound calling and emailing, managing the sales process through project tracking and issue resolution, providing accurate product pricing using pricing matrices, developing code directives for specific products while maintaining margin goals, and performing estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as needed.
- • HD Supply Holdings, LLC is a leading distributor of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products and waterworks solutions, serving municipal, industrial, and commercial customers across North America. 🎯 Requirements
- • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- • Generally 2-5 years of experience in sales or related area of responsibility
- • Ability to prospect for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing
- • Skill in providing product pricing using pricing matrices and maintaining target margin goals
- • Experience performing estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as necessary
