• • As an Inside Sales Account Executive at Kemper Corporation, you will drive sales growth by building strong relationships with insurance agents and brokers in the high-risk non-standard auto insurance market, directly contributing to company revenue and market expansion.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting weekly outbound sales calls, managing agency relationships, guiding agents to meet sales quotas, collaborating with field sales and product teams, leading training sessions, participating in strategy meetings, and representing the company at industry events.
