  • • Serve as the primary commercial liaison between Solvo Global’s estimators and clients in the construction industry, ensuring seamless communication and timely project closure.
  • • Proactively follow up on open quotations via phone calls, emails, and chat platforms to drive conversion into signed contracts.
  • • Reactivate dormant or paused client relationships through targeted outreach and personalized engagement strategies.
  • • Maintain 100% accuracy and timeliness in updating the CRM system with all client interactions, quotation statuses, and pipeline progress.
  • • Coordinate scheduling between internal estimators and external clients to align on proposal reviews, clarifications, and contract negotiations.
  • • Utilize deep knowledge of the construction industry to understand client needs, anticipate objections, and position Solvo Global’s services effectively.
  • • Track sales metrics and pipeline health to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • • Collaborate closely with estimators to ensure pricing, scope, and timelines are clearly communicated to clients and aligned with company standards.
  • • Handle all pre-sales administrative tasks including document preparation, contract routing, and compliance verification.
  • • Maintain a high volume of daily client interactions while ensuring each touchpoint reflects professionalism, responsiveness, and industry expertise.
  • • Adapt communication style to suit diverse client profiles across international markets, leveraging advanced English proficiency to build trust and credibility.
  • • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales workflows by providing feedback on tools, processes, and client pain points.
  • • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales conversion targets through disciplined pipeline management and consistent follow-up.
  • • Represent Solvo Global with integrity, ensuring all client communications align with company values and brand standards.
  • • Stay informed on construction industry developments, materials, and project types to enhance credibility and client engagement.
  • • Work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability, structure, and high performance without direct supervision.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Advanced English proficiency (bilingual) required
  • • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or project coordination
  • • Proven experience in the construction industry (mandatory)
