• • Your day-to-day will involve managing a high volume of inbound calls, typically between 30 to 40 per day. You will be responsible for meticulously documenting customer details, ensuring accuracy and completeness for seamless follow-up and service delivery.
• • A key aspect of this role is your ability to quickly analyze customer needs and translate them into logical, effective solutions. You will become an expert in Eurofins' products and services, articulating their benefits and applications professionally and clearly through various communication channels, including phone, email, text message, and chat.
