- • Own the full partnership lifecycle including onboarding, C-suite relationship building, opportunity identification, negotiation, and contracting for assigned enterprise healthcare accounts.
- • Develop and execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed revenue targets by leveraging deep insights into customers’ organizational structures, decision-making processes, and clinical workflows.
- • Serve as the primary AI strategic advisor to healthcare system executives, translating Hippocratic AI’s clinical LLM capabilities into tangible patient outcome improvements and operational efficiencies.
- • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, financial, and executive leadership across hospitals, health systems, and payers.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Clinical, Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to align go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless client experiences.
- • Demonstrate deep understanding of critical healthcare metrics such as readmission rates, patient satisfaction, clinician workload, and EHR integration requirements to influence technology adoption decisions.
- • Maintain current knowledge of healthcare industry trends, competitive AI solutions, regulatory changes, and payer-provider dynamics to position Hippocratic AI as a market-leading safety-focused platform.
- • Conduct high-stakes presentations and demos to C-suite and clinical leadership, articulating complex AI technology in terms of clinical impact, risk mitigation, and ROI.
- • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier healthcare organizations to drive account expansion and renewal.
- • Travel up to 50% or more to meet clients, attend industry conferences, and conduct on-site presentations and demonstrations.
- • Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and evolving product offerings.
- • Partner with internal teams to refine sales collateral, product positioning, and customer success pathways based on frontline market feedback.
- • Represent Hippocratic AI as a trusted advisor at industry events, peer forums, and strategic partner meetings to strengthen brand authority in AI-driven healthcare innovation.
- • Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify hidden opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into measurable growth.
- • Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting discipline to ensure alignment with company-wide sales objectives and leadership expectations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 5+ years selling SaaS solutions in healthcare
- • A proven track record of customer retention and account growth
- • Willingness and ability to travel 50%+ for client meetings, presentations, and industry events
- • Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare operations
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- • A bachelor’s degree is required
