- • As a Growth Account Executive at NeuroScale Inc., you will be a foundational voice in the market, fusing revenue ownership with content-driven distribution to close deals and build the brand that makes those deals inbound by default.
- • You will own the full sales cycle—qualification, demo, pilot, close—converting inbound leads from free trials and content-driven traffic while executing targeted outbound to TA teams, recruiting agencies, and RPOs, and out-selling legacy ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, and Bullhorn.
- • You will strategize awareness and growth initiatives with founders, design and run growth experiments to test new products and ICPs, and turn customer success stories into compelling content distributed via LinkedIn, video, and influencer channels to establish NeuroScale as the default voice in AI recruiting.
- • You will help define the GTM motion for a hybrid product serving in-house TA, agencies, and RPOs, build scalable activation and conversion loops for a PLG motion, and co-create the playbook that future AEs will follow, all while working directly with founders in a high-ownership, fast-moving environment.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record in sales execution, including carrying and beating quotas through full-cycle sales (qualification to close) in competitive markets.
- • Experience designing and running growth experiments, including building lead magnets, content, and landing pages to validate hypotheses and measure performance.
- • Ability to craft and distribute compelling customer stories and build a personal/company brand on LinkedIn and within the recruiting community.
- • Comfort working in a high-ownership, ambiguous environment without a playbook, thriving when handed autonomy and expected to build systems from scratch.
- • Experience selling complex SaaS solutions, ideally in HR tech, recruiting, or AI-driven platforms, with familiarity competing against legacy ATS providers.
