This role offers a unique opportunity to champion the discovery and development of new customer relationships across the crucial EMEA and Americas regions, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital asset compliance.
  • • As an Inside Sales Executive, you will immerse yourself in Elliptic's compelling value proposition. You will become a trusted advisor, guiding prospective customers through the complexities of navigating and entering the cryptocurrency market. Your expertise in our product offerings, coupled with a deep understanding of the compliance and regulatory landscapes, will be instrumental in building confidence and securing new business. This position demands a comprehensive management of the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to intricate negotiations, the development of bespoke proposals, and ultimately, closing deals to drive profitable revenue growth and consistently exceed ambitious targets.

  • • Your responsibilities will include proactively contacting prospects to identify and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads. You will be adept at understanding customer requirements and translating them into compelling, customized proposals. Conducting persuasive presentations and insightful product demonstrations will be crucial in showcasing Elliptic's capabilities. Furthermore, you will skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure mutually beneficial agreements and close business effectively. Where applicable, you will collaborate closely with our Customer Engagement team to nurture deeper client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and collectively work towards setting and achieving aggressive revenue goals. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed challenging quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • • To thrive in this role, you will possess the ability to deeply understand a customer's business model and how digital assets can strategically integrate into their operations. A strong analytical aptitude is essential for identifying market trends and uncovering opportunities within the cryptocurrency and compliance sectors. You must be skilled at evaluating customer needs and preferences, particularly concerning pricing, product terms, and conditions, ensuring that all client requirements are meticulously addressed in commercial proposals. A collaborative mindset is paramount, as you will work across various functions to address challenges promptly and effectively. We value individuals who enjoy working with pace and energy, fostering team spirit, and cultivating unity and commitment within the team. A solid understanding of complex B2B sales methodologies is expected, alongside the initiative to be a self-starter, adaptable to changing priorities, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • • Our ideal candidate demonstrates strong outbound prospecting skills, with a proven track record of generating net new business and consistently growing sales pipelines. A demonstrated history of success and exceeding sales quotas is highly desirable. We seek individuals with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable creating value in environments with less structure, while remaining agile and resilient in the face of challenges. A minimum baseline understanding of digital assets and the crypto economy is required, providing a foundation for engaging with clients in this specialized field. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, German, or French is a significant advantage, enabling broader engagement across our target markets.
  • • Bonus points will be awarded for an intimate understanding of the AML, KYC, and Forensics space, whether gained within the cryptocurrency sector or traditional financial environments. Experience selling SaaS solutions specifically to crypto-native financial services businesses will also be highly regarded, indicating a direct fit with our market focus.
