- • Serve as a Provider Enrollment Advisor within Nomi Health’s Inside Sales team, promoting Nomi Pay’s claim payment services to small, medium, and large healthcare providers including physicians and hospitals.
- • Conduct outbound outreach to healthcare providers to educate them on the benefits of faster payments, transparent pricing, and reduced administrative burden through Nomi Pay’s solutions.
- • Drive provider enrollment by identifying qualified prospects, qualifying leads, and guiding them through the onboarding process to convert into paying clients.
- • Collaborate closely with Payers and Marketing teams to align outreach strategies, leverage campaign data, and maximize market penetration across target provider segments.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to track outreach efforts, pipeline progression, and conversion metrics.
- • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets through consistent, high-velocity sales activity.
- • Build and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare providers to foster trust, encourage retention, and generate referrals.
- • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, payer dynamics, and provider pain points to tailor messaging and improve conversion rates.
- • Participate in regular training sessions to deepen product knowledge of Nomi Pay’s services and stay current on regulatory or operational changes affecting provider payments.
- • Work within a structured, high-performance sales environment with a quick ramp-up period and clear performance expectations.
- • Operate in a remote-first environment with a strong emphasis on work/life balance, while maintaining high levels of accountability and self-direction.
- • Contribute to a company culture focused on eliminating waste in healthcare by directly enabling providers to focus on patient care through streamlined financial processes.
- • Represent Nomi Health as a trusted advisor to providers, emphasizing transparency, efficiency, and reliability in every interaction.
- • Utilize data-driven insights from marketing and payer teams to prioritize outreach efforts and optimize conversion pathways.
- • Adapt communication style to effectively engage with diverse provider types, from solo practitioners to multi-location hospital systems.
- • Participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and performance feedback sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in inside sales, particularly in healthcare, fintech, or B2B SaaS environments
- • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a high-velocity, quota-driven role
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over phone and digital channels
- • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools
- • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills for remote work
- • Basic understanding of healthcare payment systems, provider billing, or payer-provider dynamics
