- • Elliptic Enterprises Limited is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our global Commercial team and spearhead the development of new customer relationships across the EMEA and Americas regions. - • As an Inside Sales Representative, you will become a true expert in Elliptic's comprehensive value proposition. You will guide prospective customers through the complexities of navigating and entering the cryptocurrency market, leveraging your deep knowledge of our product offerings and the intricate compliance and regulatory environments that govern digital assets. Your role will encompass the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to meticulous negotiation of terms, development of bespoke proposals, and ultimately, closing deals to drive profitable revenue growth and consistently exceed your targets.
- • This role offers a fascinating and challenging work environment where no two days are the same. You will be instrumental in developing net new business opportunities and identifying cross-sell potential within our existing customer base. A key responsibility will be to build and execute a strategic market penetration plan, actively prospecting and managing the full sales cycle to ensure consistent pipeline growth and revenue generation.
- • You will proactively engage with potential clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality leads. This involves understanding their unique business models and how digital assets can be strategically integrated into their operations. Your ability to analyze data will be crucial in identifying market trends and uncovering new opportunities within the cryptocurrency and compliance sectors.
- • A significant part of your role will involve conducting compelling presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities of Elliptic's solutions. You will need to meticulously evaluate customer needs and preferences, translating these into competitive commercial proposals that address pricing, product terms, and conditions effectively. Negotiating favorable terms and closing business will be paramount to achieving revenue goals.
- • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our Customer Engagement team to nurture deeper client relationships and identify upsell opportunities, all while setting and striving to achieve aggressive revenue targets. Meeting and exceeding both quarterly and annual sales quotas will be a primary measure of success.
- • We are looking for individuals who possess a collaborative mindset, are adept at addressing problems immediately, and can work effectively across different functions to find solutions. A high-energy approach, a commitment to building team spirit, and fostering unity and commitment within the team are highly valued. You should be comfortable working at a fast pace, demonstrating resilience, and adapting to changing priorities.
- • This role requires a strong understanding of complex B2B sales methodologies and the ability to act as a self-starter. You should be comfortable operating in an environment with less structure, demonstrating agility and a proactive approach to your work. An entrepreneurial mindset, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in exceeding sales targets are essential.
- • You will be adept at understanding a customer's business model and identifying how digital assets can enhance their strategic objectives. Your analytical skills will enable you to dissect market data, pinpoint emerging trends, and identify lucrative opportunities in the cryptocurrency and compliance space. Evaluating customer needs concerning pricing and product terms will be critical in crafting winning commercial proposals.
- • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the SaaS industry, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting and a proven history of generating net new business and building a robust sales pipeline. A demonstrated track record of consistent quota overachievement is highly desirable. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive you to create value even in dynamic, less structured environments, showcasing your agility and resilience.
- • We are particularly interested in candidates who possess an intimate understanding of AML, KYC, and Forensics, whether within the cryptocurrency domain or traditional financial services. Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese would be considered a significant advantage, enabling broader market reach and engagement.
