- • The Inside Sales Representative at Viatris Inc. plays a critical role in driving sales performance by developing and executing strategic business plans aligned with company objectives, directly contributing to the mission of empowering people worldwide to live healthier at every stage of life through access to high-quality medicines.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing strategic business plans for assigned territories, meeting and exceeding KPI expectations, achieving quarterly sales goals, creating pre-call strategies, influencing and negotiating with customers, applying in-depth product knowledge to support informed decision-making, building strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM tools for data management and communication, and pursuing continuous learning in sales techniques and product expertise.
