• • As an Inside Sales Representative at Figma, you will play a key role in helping existing customers scale by managing requests, closing deals, and supporting expansion across a large book of accounts. You’ll build foundational knowledge of Figma’s product platform and internal sales processes while collaborating with Support, Order Management, and Marketing teams.
• • Day to day, you will communicate with customers via email, Zoom, and Ironclad to discuss platform features and pricing; close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions (adding products/licenses, creating new instances, upgrading to Enterprise); manage billing requests such as renewals and payment term changes; close targeted outbound account renewals; qualify and route inbound prospects to Account Executives; and partner with Marketing on proactive campaigns to drive expansion and retention.
• • You will join a newly formed team at Figma, a company dedicated to making design accessible to all through its collaborative platform that enables teams to brainstorm, prototype, translate designs into code, and iterate with AI—streamlining workflows and enabling real-time collaboration from anywhere in the world.
• • In this role, you will develop a strong foundation in SaaS sales, gain experience in customer lifecycle management, and build skills in cross-functional collaboration, positioning yourself for growth into senior roles such as Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive while contributing to the evolution of Figma’s sales strategy.
