- • As an Inside Sales Representative for the Polish market at Saltz, you will be the key driver in turning restaurant interest into real, lasting business by activating new leads and retaining existing customers through proactive, high-volume outreach.
- • Your day-to-day will involve calling newly registered restaurants daily using a structured cadence of calls, emails, and WhatsApp to qualify, convince, and onboard them within 30 days, while logging all interactions in the CRM and handling objections in real time to close deals over the phone.
- • You will also proactively reach out to existing customers to manage renewals, prevent churn, identify upsell opportunities, and recover quiet accounts through timely, relevant conversations — not spam.
- • Saltz is a fast-growing EU-based digital marketplace connecting chefs with premium ingredient suppliers, recently backed by a €20M Series A, and you’ll join a mission-driven team reshaping how the food industry sources ingredients with transparency and efficiency.
- • In this role, you’ll develop advanced sales execution skills, deepen your understanding of the restaurant industry’s procurement needs, and gain direct exposure to scaling a B2B marketplace in a high-impact, fast-paced startup environment.
