- • As an Inside Sales Specialist Acute Wound Healing Specialist, you will drive sales growth by engaging with healthcare customers to promote Solventum’s innovative wound care solutions, directly contributing to improved patient outcomes and healthcare professional effectiveness.
- • Day to day, you will conduct outbound calls to prospects and customers, respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, identify customer needs, recommend appropriate Solventum products, maintain accurate Salesforce records, collaborate with field sales teams, follow up on leads, and close sales to meet daily metrics and monthly quotas.
- • Solventum is a new healthcare company with a legacy of innovation, dedicated to improving lives through breakthrough solutions at the intersection of health, material, and data science, guided by empathy, clinical intelligence, and collaboration with top healthcare minds.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in acute wound healing products, refine consultative sales techniques, master CRM and sales tools, and build a track record of achieving targets—positioning you for advancement in medical device sales or healthcare commercial roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 2 years of sales experience, OR Associate Degree AND 4 years of sales experience
- • Previous experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or inside sales
- • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
