- • Own the top-of-funnel for one of the fastest-growing SaaS unicorns in Latin America. As our Inside Sales Specialist – Brazil you will be the first human touchpoint for 2,000+ enterprise prospects, from high-growth e-commerce start-ups to Fortune 500 icons such as Samsung, Nike, L’Oréal, Nestlé and IKEA. Every call, email and WhatsApp message you send will shape how the market experiences Insider One’s AI-first customer engagement platform.
- • Generate a predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities through 60–80 outbound activities per day (cold calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Instagram DMs). You will research each account, map decision-makers, craft hyper-relevant messaging and nurture prospects until they are ready to speak with an Account Executive.
- • Become a product evangelist. You will master the full Insider One stack—CDP, AI predictive segmentation, omnichannel journey orchestration, WhatsApp Business API, SMS, email, web & app push, site search—and translate technical capabilities into clear business value for CMOs, Heads of CRM and Digital VPs.
- • Build and iterate playbooks. Working side-by-side with Marketing and Sales Ops, you will A/B-test sequences, analyse response rates, refine ICP criteria and feed real-time market intelligence back to the product team. Your insights will directly influence roadmap priorities and regional go-to-market strategy.
- • Maintain white-glove CRM hygiene. Every interaction is logged in Salesforce with next-step tasks, lead scores and call notes so that Account Executives can pick up the conversation without friction. You will own data accuracy and ensure SLAs for lead response are beaten, not met.
- • Collaborate across 30 global offices. You will join weekly knowledge-sharing calls with peers in Singapore, London, Dubai and Mexico City, swapping battle cards, competitive kill sheets and creative outreach ideas. English fluency is mandatory; Spanish or additional languages are a plus.
- • Hit and exceed quarterly pipeline and SQL targets. On-target performance unlocks fast-track promotion to Senior ISR or direct transition into an Account Executive role. We promote from within—over 70 % of our current AEs started in this very seat.
- • Immerse yourself in continuous learning. You will attend AI fundamentals bootcamps, objection-handling labs led by our VP Sales, and optional coding classes. Blinkist, MasterClass and CloudGuru licences are provided so you can deepen your expertise on your own schedule.
- • Champion social impact. Once a quarter you will volunteer with our SheCodes or AI Training for Teachers initiatives, helping to close the gender gap in STEM across Brazil. Your participation counts toward paid volunteer hours and internal recognition awards.
- • Thrive in a hybrid, high-energy culture. Three days a week in our São Paulo hub (Pinheiros) you will brainstorm on whiteboards, celebrate wins with Brazilian barbecue, and join spontaneous Portuguese-English stand-ups. The remaining days are flex-remote so you can focus on deep prospecting blocks without commute fatigue.
