- • Join Vonage as an Inside Sales Specialist (SMB WEST) to drive growth by matching small and medium-sized businesses with cloud communications solutions that solve their needs. This role is critical to expanding Vonage’s market presence through a sourced and qualified inbound sales model targeting companies with up to 250 employees.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with the Sales Development team to build a healthy pipeline, leverage Vonage’s tech stack to log all activities accurately, create client demos, presentations, quotes, and proposals, and conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP-Level executives using solution-selling techniques to guide the sales process to close.
- • You will be part of a global cloud communications leader that powers digital transformation for brands like Airbnb, Viber, WhatsApp, and Snapchat through programmable unified communications, contact center solutions, and communications APIs. The Inside Sales team operates with a focus on innovation, customer-centricity, and data-driven sales execution.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced consultative selling skills, deepen your expertise in SaaS and cloud sales cycles, master Salesforce CRM for forecasting and activity tracking, and gain experience presenting strategic solutions to executive stakeholders — positioning you for career growth in enterprise sales or sales leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of Account Executive (Closing) experience in a SaaS or equivalent environment
- • Direct SaaS/Cloud selling experience
- • Inside sales experience
- • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
- • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
