📋 Description
- • The Inside Territory Sales Team Lead leads and scales the virtual inside sales team to drive profitable growth across existing and new agency relationships, playing a critical role in aligning sales execution with company strategy.
- • Day to day, the role involves contributing to business planning, facilitating feedback loops between agents and internal teams, overseeing recruiting and hiring, ensuring compliance, driving agent engagement through increased quoting and conversion, optimizing sales workflows, developing sales strategies, owning team performance metrics, aligning with regional leaders, and analyzing sales data for tactical adjustments.
- • The team operates within National General, a part of The Allstate Corporation, which offers home, auto, accident and health, and specialty insurance products through independent agents and direct-to-consumer channels, headquartered in New York City with a strong financial rating and national presence.
- • In this role, the individual can develop leadership and strategic planning skills, deepen expertise in insurance sales operations, influence multi-product adoption and agent retention, and contribute to scalable team growth while aligning with broader corporate goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7 or more years of experience in sales, insurance, or related field (Preferred)
- • 4-year Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- • Proven experience in people management, coaching, and team development
- • Strong background in inside sales, sales operations, and achieving sales objectives
- • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy

- • Base compensation range of $83,000 - $95,000 plus performance-based bonus incentives
