📋 Description

• As an Insights Manager at Inizio Engage, you will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare market research data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions for pharmaceutical clients, from biotechs to global brands.
• Day to day, you will lead the delivery of congress metrics using the Congress Measurement Metrics tool, contribute to qualitative and quantitative research projects, translate primary research into compelling reports, manage project timelines and budgets, support pitch development, and build strong client relationships through tailored communication.
• You will join a small, established qualitative market research team focused on HCP and patient insights, working within Engage XD—a communications group that leverages behavioural science to create experiences that inspire lasting change across brands like Emota, Forty1 and Nazarѐ.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in healthcare market research, enhance your ability to generate business-impacting insights, develop leadership in client-facing projects, and grow your influence through thought leadership content such as white papers and social media, all while working in a hybrid (2 days in office) environment with opportunities to travel to European Congresses.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in a healthcare market research agency with at least 6 months in a Research/Insights manager role or equivalent
• Qualitative and quantitative research experience (80/20 split)
• Experience translating data and evidence into insightful and engaging outputs
• Experience moderating interviews and focus groups
• Experience working with clients and managing projects through delivery
• Some understanding of healthcare research codes and compliance activities
