You will craft a content calendar that blends daily market commentary, quick-fire reels, educational carousels, and meme-driven storytelling—always timed to ride breaking news and trending hashtags.
• • Produce thumb-stopping creative assets in real time: 15–30-second reels that explain price action, carousel posts that break down on-chain metrics, and stories that poll or quiz our community on the next big narrative. You’ll film, edit, caption, and publish everything from your phone or laptop, ensuring every frame feels native to Instagram while unmistakably Token Metrics.
• • Engage daily with our 100k+ followers and the wider crypto community—replying to DMs, jumping into comment threads, and initiating conversations with influencers, traders, and project founders. Your authentic, witty voice will turn casual scrollers into loyal advocates and drive measurable increases in saves, shares, and profile visits.
• • Translate complex AI-driven insights from our research team into snackable, visually compelling posts. You’ll distill token ratings, predictive models, and portfolio strategies into language that both degens and newbies understand, positioning Token Metrics as the bridge between data science and retail trading.
• • Monitor Instagram analytics obsessively: track reach, engagement rate, follower growth, reel watch-time, and story completion rates. You’ll run weekly A/B tests on hooks, formats, and posting times, then present concise performance decks to marketing leadership with actionable next steps.
• • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, and growth teams to align content with upcoming feature launches, token ratings updates, and webinar schedules. You’ll turn product announcements into teaser stories, live AMA reminders, and countdown reels that maximize attendance and user activation.
• • Stay ahead of platform trends—whether it’s a new reel remix feature, audio meme, or AR filter—and experiment aggressively. You’ll maintain a swipe-file of viral formats and adapt them for the crypto context within hours, not days.
• • Build and nurture strategic influencer partnerships. Identify micro-creators whose audiences overlap with ours, negotiate content swaps, and co-produce reels that tap into new follower pools while maintaining brand authenticity.

� Requirements

• • 3+ years managing Instagram for a finance, tech, or media brand with proven follower growth and engagement metrics
• • Demonstrated deep knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trading terminology, and Web3 culture
• • Exceptional short-form writing skills and fluent meme grammar—able to craft captions that inform and entertain in under 150 characters
• • Hands-on experience with Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native Instagram Insights to schedule, monitor, and report performance
• • Ability to ideate, film, and edit vertical video content on mobile (CapCut, VN, or similar) within tight news cycles
