- • Day to day, the role involves coordinating and scheduling customer installations, maintaining clear communication with customers about order status, collaborating with sales to resolve unclear order details, supporting sales reps in real time with scheduling and in-stock door assistance, communicating regularly with vendors and teams, and spending most of the day on the phone managing orders, schedules, and updates.
- • The role is part of A1 Garage Door Service LLC, a company focused on delivering reliable garage door installations and exceptional customer service across multiple states, with a remote work option for eligible locations.
- • In this role, the person can develop strong organizational and multitasking skills, gain experience in customer-facing coordination, improve proficiency with systems like ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office, and grow into internal promotion opportunities while contributing to team success and customer satisfaction.

- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
